Brief: The Common Assessment Framework has been operating
in Great Yarmouth for several years. It brings together a
multi-agency team to support families where one or more of
the children have additional needs e.g. are excluded from
school (or at risk of exclusion), non attendees, poor health,
under achieving, etc.
